Event Information:
At 11:00 AM we will meet at the park at shelter TBA which is reserved for us. Tim and I will pick up in advance: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, baked beans, potato chips, beverages, etc. The park has plenty of things to do which are listed bellow. As always it will be a great day for a photo-shoot.

If you have never been before, this is an awesome event and not one you can let yourself miss! This is far from being a formal event but we do need an “accurate” head count so adequate food is picked up. This is why we are asking it be paid in advance through PayPal.

Volunteers:
We are also looking for volunteers for this event including:

• Cooking (1/2 - 1 hour increments)
• Transporting food/coolers, etc. (Last cookout we had a MDX, Mini and M5 and still was tight. We can only expect the turnout to be even more.)

Payment:
As stated above, we are requiring prepayment to this event due to the size and ensuring adequate food is available.
